Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, biostimulators, and additional advanced injectable modalities.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations: assess medical history, aesthetic goals, facial anatomy, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, after-care, and maintenance, and recommend appropriate adjunctive services.

Licensed Esthetician
We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team and deliver high-quality skincare treatments, consultations, and client education in a medical-spa environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to support both service growth and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations, analyze skin condition, identify concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
- Perform aesthetic treatments within the scope of practice and licensure including (but not limited to) facials, hydrafacial, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, light chemical treatments, skin rejuvenation, waxing, eyebrow and eye lash services (as per clinic protocols).
- Assist with advanced services or support implementation of provider-led treatments (e.g., lasers, energy devices) when appropriate and within training.
- Recommend and sell skincare products and maintenance programs to clients; meet retail sales goals while maintaining client trust.
- Maintain clean, safe and sanitary workspaces; ensure treatment rooms are stocked, organized and turn-over between clients is managed.
- Document client treatments, skin progress, recommendations and product usage in client records.
- Stay up-to-date on skincare science, treatment modalities, and industry trends. Complete continuing educational requirements to maintain licensure.
- Collaborate with the broader spa/medical team (front desk, injectors, marketing) to deliver a seamless client experience and foster repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid Illinois Esthetician License.
- At least 1–2 years of aesthetic treatment experience preferred (med-spa, dermatology, or high-end spa background).
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions (acne, hyperpigmentation, aging), and appropriate treatments/regimens.

Licensed Massage Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services within a med-spa environment. The ideal candidate will be client-conscious, technically proficient, and committed to excellence in wellness care and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations: assess client wellness needs, medical contraindications, massage history, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of massage modalities according to client goals and spa protocols – examples: Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, etc.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, client comfort is prioritized, and aftercare instructions are provided.
- Document client treatments, progress notes, and any relevant observations in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Recommend ancillary wellness services, membership programs or retail products aligned with client needs and clinic offerings.

Front Desk Coordinator / Client Liaison
The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of the spa, ensuring smooth flow of operations from greeting and checking in clients to scheduling, retail and service coordination, and contributing to a highly positive guest experience. This role demands excellent communication, multitasking, sales orientation, and a service mentality in a dynamic med-spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive and depart; create a welcoming first and last impression.
- Manage all front-desk duties: answer phone calls, respond to emails and online inquiries, book/confirm/reschedule appointments, check clients in/out.
- Handle payments, process service and product transactions, reconcile daily receipts, manage scheduling software and client records.
- Maintain and optimize the appointment schedule to maximize room/utilization, coordinate with providers and treatment rooms for efficiency.
- Recommend and sell skincare/retail products, treatment packages, memberships, and support achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with treatment rooms and providers: ensure clients and rooms are ready, verify client forms and consents are completed, facilitate smooth transitions.
