Qing Yang, MD, PhD
Welcome to Eocene. I appreciate the opportunity to be your physician and let our wonderful team of staff take care of your skin, body, and wellness needs. I received my undergraduate, medical, and PhD degrees from Yale University. I completed residency in anesthesiology at Massachusetts General Hospital while serving as an instructor at Harvard Medical School. My background as a neuroscientist with over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications has bestowed me substantial expertise in mind-body connections and pain management.
As a double board-certified physician with 15+ years in clinical practice, I focus on building comprehensive treatment plans to address the patient’s specific needs and goals. I also am a relentless patient advocate and educator and have written extensively on medical literacy. As Eocene’s founder and medical director, I am committed to providing only the most effective, evidence-based care for each patient.
Megan Rawlings, RN, BSN
I’m Megan! I’ve spent over 10+ years in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist, where I discovered how much I love helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I’ve been a registered nurse since 2021, allowing me to combine my passion for beauty with a strong medical foundation.
Today, I bring both worlds together by blending an artistic eye with evidence-based aesthetic care. My goal is to create natural, confidence-boosting results while making every patient feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance what already makes you beautiful, not change who you are. Lacey Bolash-Best, RN, BSN
Hi, I’m Lacey! I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and am a Certified Functional Health Advisor with 10 years of experience in healthcare. My background includes emergency medicine and surgical services, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and attention to detail.
I discovered my passion for aesthetics early in my nursing career and quickly fell in love with helping people look and feel more confident in their own skin. I believe the most beautiful aesthetic outcomes are the ones that look natural, enhancing your unique features rather than changing them.
In 2023, I founded The Root Wellness & Advising, a functional wellness practice dedicated to helping clients take a deeper look at their health by identifying potential contributors to their health concerns and supporting overall wellness through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and evidence-informed strategies.
At Eocene Medical Spa, I’m able to combine my passion for aesthetics with my background in functional wellness, offering a personalized approach that supports confidence, healthy skin, and overall well-being. I truly believe that looking your best starts with feeling your best, and my goal is to help you achieve both. Mona Jalili, LE
I’m Mona, a Licensed Esthetician with over five years of experience in skincare, aesthetics, and wellness. I'm passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatment plans and advanced aesthetic services.
I specialize in customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser treatments, LED light therapy, and brow and lash enhancement services. I earned my Esthetics License from the University of Spa and Cosmetology Arts and am currently pursuing my nursing degree, allowing me to combine aesthetic expertise with a growing healthcare background.
Committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, I believe in enhancing natural beauty while promoting long-term skin health.
